Lying Leg Raises Exercise

This exercise is a great way to work the abs and the hips. Lie flat on your back with both legs bent and your feet flat on the floor. Place your hands on the floor by your sides. Keeping your back pressed firmly against the floor, raise one leg straight up into the air, then lower it back down to the starting position. Repeat with the other leg.
