Leg In And Out Exercise

  1. “Leg in and out” is an easy exercise to do at home with no equipment needed.
  2. To do the exercise, stand with your legs shoulder-width apart and slowly step your left leg out to the side as far as you can while keeping your right leg straight.
  3. Bring your left leg back in, then step your right leg out to the side as far as you can while keeping your left leg straight.
  4. Bring your right leg back in, then repeat the sequence starting with the left leg.
  5. Be sure to keep your abdominal muscles pulled in so you’re working those too!
  6. Do 10-15 repetitions on each side for a total of 2-3 sets.
  7. This exercise is a great way to work the entire lower body while also engaging the core muscles.
