Heel Touch Exercise: This exercise targets the rectus abdominal muscles and is a great way to start your workout. To do the heel touch, lie on your back with your feet flat on the ground and your legs bent. Place your hands behind your head and tighten your abs. Bring your left knee in towards your chest, then touch your right heel to your left knee. Keep alternating legs for 30 seconds.
