MDCAT Aggregate Calculator 2024 – Calculate Now

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Pakistan Medical Council (PMC) implemented a new merit policy. Along with this policy, they also updated their aggregate calculation method. Now, in 2024, the aggregate is determined using a new formula. If you’re seeking admission to MDCAT, you must calculate your aggregate based on your matriculation, intermediate, and MDCAT test scores.

Utilize our aggregate calculator to determine your eligibility. If the value appears in green, it signifies you qualify for the next steps toward MBBS or MDCAT. If it appears in red, it means you are not eligible for the next procedures. I designed this tool to assist MDCAT students in saving time when calculating their aggregate.

How To Calculate MDCAT Aggregate

(Matric Obtained Marks / Matric Total Marks) * 0.1 + (Inter Obtained Marks / Inter Total Marks) * 0.4 + (Entry Test Obtained Marks / Entry Test Total Marks) * 0.5

  • (Matric Obtained Marks / Matric Total Marks) * 0.1: This term calculates the percentage of marks obtained in the matriculation exam, weighted by 0.1.
  • (Inter Obtained Marks / Inter Total Marks) * 0.4: This term calculates the percentage of marks obtained in the intermediate exam, weighted by 0.4.
  • (Entry Test Obtained Marks / Entry Test Total Marks) * 0.5: This term calculates the percentage of marks obtained in the entry test exam, weighted by 0.5.

Revised Admission Requirements
To be eligible for admission, candidates will be assessed based on the following criteria:

  1. A minimum of 70% marks in intermediate (or its equivalent).
  2. Successful completion of the MCAT with a minimum score of 60%.
