According to a Cabinet Division notification, the federal government approved Tow days Muharram Holidays 2022 Pakistan on Wednesday (Muharram 9 and 10).
The holidays will be observed with grief and sorrow by Pakistanis and Muslims all over the world on August 9 and 8.
The holy month of Muharram-ul-Haram, which reveals the start of the new Islamic year 1444 AH, fell on July 31, according to the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.
