If your mobile phone gets lost, stolen, or taken, here’s what you need to know:
- Blocking Your Mobile Handset:
If your mobile phone is lost, stolen, or taken, you can report it online to have it blocked. Once you register the complaint successfully, your mobile handset’s IMEI number will be blocked within 24 hours. - Unblocking Your Recovered Handset:
If you manage to recover your lost or stolen mobile phone with the help of the police or CPLC, you can file an online complaint to have it unblocked. - Getting Help from CPLC/Police:
For assistance in recovering your lost/stolen handset, it’s recommended to report the incident to the relevant Police Station or Citizen Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) in Karachi. You can contact them via their help lines or email for support in getting your mobile phone back.
