Follow the steps below to check your current package details of the activated package on your Jazz Sim, All you have to do is send an empty message, and you will receive the information about your current Jazz Package. Now you can check activated Packages on Jazz sim,
- you have to only send an empty message on 3838 and you will receive the information about your current Jazz Package.
- Call on Jazz helpline 111 and press 0 and ask the Jazz customer agent about your Jazz Current Package on your Jazz Sim.

There are two ways to check your current Jazz Package
- Send an Empty SMS
- Call on Jazz helpline
1. SEND AN EMPTY SMS
To Check Your Currently activated Package on Jazz Sim, Send an empty SMS to 3838. You will receive the information about the currently activated package on your Jazz Sim through SMS.
2. CALL ON JAZZ HELPLINE
To Check Your Currently activated Package on Your Jazz Sim, You can also Call on Jazz helpline 111 and ask the Jazz customer agent about your Jazz Current Package on your Sim.

- Subscription Fee Rs.15/ Month.
- Subscription Code SMS ‘SUB‘ to 6085.
- Unsubscribe SMS ‘UNSUB‘ to 6085.

You can subscribe to this daily package by dialing *117*4#, or they can use the Jazz World app (Get For Android or iPhone) to activate this offer.
Please Note: This bundle will not be renewed automatically; you have to subscribe to it again after 24 hours.

You can check bundle status by dialling *117*4*2# or visit Jazz World app to find out the remaining MBs and validity of Jazz Daily Mega Package.
