Recently Govt of Punjab introduced a system called the Domicile Management system. By using this system, you can check or verify your domicile by giving your CNIC number.

Check Domicile Certificate Online
PITB has developed a fully automated system for generating and managing domiciles – an important identity document for Pakistani citizens showing their region of birth.
The online monitoring system for Domicile Management System was developed and has been operational since June 2007.
The queue management system enables the transparent and quick delivery of computerized domiciles. The system also provides a mechanism to check for duplicate issuance. It has been implemented in 34 districts. The number of domiciles in record stand at 3,947,714, and those verified using the system are 597,656.
Step 01: To Check Domicile Certificate Online
Visit the DMS tool that is developed by PBIT Punjab Domicile.
You will see this page.
Step 02: To Check Domicile Certificate Online
Enter your CNIC or Domicile No number that is issued by NADRA.
For example, XXXXX–XXXXXXX–X
Enter your CNIC number without Hyphens or Dashes. in the Input Box and click on Verification.
After the Submission System will show you the Some details for verification.

these details are enough for verification.
